Floor Decor & More is a family owned flooring showroom and installation company based in Waxhaw, North Carolina. Mike founded the business in 2012 with a simple goal: help local homeowners find the right flooring and get the job done with care, clarity, and professionalism.

Today, Mike runs the showroom alongside his son, Basel. Together, they work directly with customers, help them compare products, coordinate projects, and guide homeowners through one of the biggest visual decisions inside a home.
Flooring changes the way a house feels. It is one of the first things people notice when they walk through the door, and it affects the comfort, style, and value of the entire space. That is why Floor Decor & More does not believe in rushing customers into a decision.

Since 2021, Basel has personally been involved in more than 800 flooring projects. Mike has been part of nearly 3,000.
